1. Do you offer nationwide delivery in Nigeria?
Yes! VELOCE delivers across all 36 states in Nigeria, including major cities and remote areas. Whether you're in Lagos, Abuja, Aba, Port Harcourt, or anywhere else, we've got you covered.

2. How long does delivery take?
Lagos, Abuja & Major Cities: 1 - 3 working days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 - 7 working days
Custom or Pre-order Items: Delivery times may vary (typically 7 - 14 working days)
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet! But we're working on it. Stay tuned as VELOCE expands globally. 🌍

4. How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping (Lagos, Abuja): ₦2,000 – ₦3,000
Other Nigerian States: ₦3,000 – ₦5,000
Free Shipping: On orders over ₦50,000 (Nigeria only)
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your VELOCE account and visiting My Orders.

6. What delivery companies do you use?
VELOCE partners with reliable logistics providers such as:

GIG Logistics
DHL Express (within Nigeria)
Speedaf
VELOCE Direct (for Lagos deliveries)
We choose the best option for fast and safe delivery.

7. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available in Lagos for orders placed before 12 noon. Select Express Delivery (Same Day) at checkout. Extra fees apply.

8. What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you for rescheduling. After 2 failed delivery attempts, your order will be returned to VELOCE, and we’ll contact you for next steps.

9. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
You can update your delivery address within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting VELOCE Customer Service at +234 806 836 5079 or whizzy1919@gmail.com.

10. What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
We're really sorry! Please contact us immediately at +234 806 836 5079 or whizzy1919@gmail.com with photos of the package and items. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

11. Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
VELOCE delivers Monday to Saturday. Special deliveries may be arranged on Sundays or holidays for Lagos orders—please contact our team for details.

12. What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you haven’t received your order:

1. How Do I Place an Order on VELOCE?
Placing an order is simple and seamless:

Browse our collections or use the search bar to find what you love.
Click on the product, select your size and color (if applicable), and tap Add to Cart.
When you're ready, go to your Cart and click Checkout.
Enter your shipping information and select a payment method.
Review and confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email instantly!
2. Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes your shopping experience smoother—track orders, save favorites, and receive exclusive offers.

3. Can I Modify or Cancel My Order After Placing It?
Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery. This means:

Modifications or cancellations are only possible within 1 hour after placing your order.
To request changes, contact our support team ASAP at whizzy1919@gmail.com or call +234 806 836 5079.
After 1 hour, the order is usually processed and shipped, making changes difficult.
4. What Payment Methods Does VELOCE Accept?

Go to Orders and click Track Order

6. How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery timelines:

Within Lagos & Major Cities: 1 - 3 working days
Outside Major Cities: 3 - 7 working days
International Delivery: Coming soon!
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or sales events.

7. What Are the Delivery Charges?
Standard Delivery: From ₦1,500 (varies by location and order size)
Express Delivery: Available on request at an extra cost
Free shipping offers may apply during special promotions!
8. Do You Offer International Shipping?
International shipping is in the works! Stay tuned. Right now, VELOCE delivers within Nigeria.

9. What Is VELOCE’s Return Policy?
At VELOCE, customer satisfaction is everything. If you're not completely happy with your purchase:

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Returns apply to most products except:
Lingerie, underwear, swimwear (due to hygiene)
Beauty/cosmetic products
Final sale or clearance items
10. How Do I Return an Item?

Pack the items securely and include your order number.
Use a trusted courier to return the package to our warehouse (address will be provided).
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.
11. Are Returns Free?
Return shipping costs are currently the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
If you received the wrong or defective item, VELOCE covers the return cost and sends a replacement at no charge.

12. How Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are issued through:

Bank Transfer (Nigeria)
Original Payment Method (if available)
Refunds are processed within 5 - 7 working days after we receive your returned item and confirm its condition.
13. Can I Exchange an Item Instead of a Refund?
Yes! If you prefer an exchange (size, color, or different item of equal value), just let us know when you initiate the return.

14. My Item Was Damaged/Incorrect. What Should I Do?
We’re so sorry! Please:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Send photos showing the issue
We’ll resolve it immediately with a replacement or refund.
