At VELOCE, we are committed to making sure you absolutely love your purchase. But if something isn’t right, we’ve made our refund process simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Refund

You can request a refund if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item was damaged or defective when delivered.
  • The item does not match the description on the website.
  • You did not receive your order at all.

Refund Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Refunds are not available for certain personal items (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, beauty products) due to hygiene reasons unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  3. Our team will review your request within 48 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item), VELOCE will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning for any other reason (changed your mind, wrong size), you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Exchanges

Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? No problem! You can exchange eligible items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
